This lot is for any materials or items contained within this structure or the small associated pen area around it. The perimeter fencing MUST stay with the property, however this building is going to be removed so any materials it’s made of can be taken. Wood, doors, tin, metal, and of course inside items as well. Looks like it was an aviary/ chicken coop most recently. This one is a big project depending on how much you want, please plan accordingly for any needed tools and help to remove items. It’s up in a hill. 

Pick up is on large ranch property, please be prepared for heat & outdoor elements. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you! Please be prepared for possible delays when picking up items. This is a multi level property with many trucks and trailers needed to be used for pick up. We will always do our best to make it as smooth and quick as possible.
