This auction is for any associated item with this animal pen. The existing perimeter fencing AND gates stay with the property, however anything inside or attached to the fence can go. The perimeter structure has to stay. There is rustic decor, animal house, extra hog fencing, cages, feeders, arches and more. Bring any help and or tools needed to remove items.
Pick up is on large ranch property, please be prepared for heat & outdoor elements. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you! Please be prepared for possible delays when picking up items. This is a multi level property with many trucks and trailers needed to be used for pick up. We will always do our best to make it as smooth and quick as possible.
