This couch is in pretty good condition. It’s come from pet friendly home, however it was covered up both outside and had a Marrisa cover which protected it pretty well. A couple little dirty spots to be cleaned on the back test and one really small tear, maybe less than an inch in length
Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you!
