This auction lot features a Kubota L345DT tractor, a reliable utility tractor equipped with a front loader for versatile material handling and a mower deck attachment for land maintenance. The tractor is an older model, showing signs of use consistent with farm and ranch work. It includes a canopy for operator shade and has large rear tires suitable for various terrains. Ideal for agricultural, landscaping, or small property management needs. Had been sitting for a little while, but We replaced the battery and air filter and it fired right up. Runs like a dream, all hydraulics on it work as they should. Has one brand new tire, the other three will need replacement. Headlights are not wired in currently. Come with the fully operating mowing attachment 

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you! For this pickup cars, trucks & U-Haul’s are preferred IF YOU ARE BRINGING A TRAILER AN ALTERNATE PICKUP DATE IS REQUIRED, please contact us to schedule. This estate will present some pickup traffic challenges as we've had before. The driveway is a one way driveway up a hill and we can only accommodate so many vehicles by the house at a time, because of this for larger items, or vehicles requiring a trailer, we will be asking pickup to be by appointment only. Please carefully review each item description as we will note which items will need an appointment or alternate pickup date. Some smaller items or invoices that only have smaller items will be available for a morro bay delivery at a $10 fee, please call or email us if you're interested in this option.
