Last Call Estate Auctions

Ok, this is the first time we’ve ever done this so check it out. We get asked all the time what happens with everything left over after an auction ends and if they can look for stuff. While Everyone is interested in the scraps, or maybe some type of hidden gems, this is usually not an option but this time it IS. While our job is to liquidate the property for clients in hopes of some financial recouping for their items, in most scenarios, clearing the property of all remaining items is the goal, as it it here. This property had so much stuff, that inevitably there will be some low dollar, yet useful items that didn’t make it into the auction it may need some type of repairs. So bidding on this lot gives the winner the option to go through the remainder of the items here in the garage, like all the contents in the aluminum shop benches (pictured) coffee cans full of screws and bolts, paining supplies, left overs.. and of course, the chance to glean the back yard property of anything left over. There are several trash/ scrap/ leftover/ goodwill piles through the the yard, and some items are always left and not taken home after the pickup. Bring a trailer, some tubs and happy hunting. (Not All items pictured are going to be leftover, the images are strictly to give you an idea of what the property looks like)

THIS WILL NEED TO BE COORDINATED FOR A LATER DATE DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PROCESS. IDEALLY  1-7 DAYS AFTER NORMAL PICKUP. FEEL FREE TO CALL WITH QUESTIONS

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. Many of the items in this auction will likely require  multiple people to help load, winches, dolly's, ramps. BE PREPARED! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. We do not have the man power to load all items.
