This trailer has been parked since approximately 20 years. The box is in really great condition, the wooden roll up door on the back does have rot and needs replacement, or at the very least some repair where wood has rotted. Interrupt floor is in fine shape. Tires are suspect. Most seem to be holding air still, but obviously need attention after sitting for so long. Air and brake lines are unknown. It might hook up and go, might need some work. Buyer is responsible for removable. Last tagged in 1993, the estate could find zero paperwork on this trailer, likely been on ranches most of its life. Great ranch or storage trailer.
there are some loose contents inside mostly old fruit stand boxes and home goods as it was used for storage.. and the trailer comes with ALL contents, we do not have the ability to empty it
Pick up is on large ranch property, please be prepared for heat & outdoor elements. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you! Please be prepared for possible delays when picking up items. This is a multi level property with many trucks and trailers needed to be used for pick up.
