This auction is for contents of a half basement and work shop storage area. Tons of useful and brand new never used items in this approx 450sq ft shop space. Please review the images carefully and you will see plumbing items, light fixtures, various bulbs, shop furniture, work bench items, storage items, shelving items, tubs, contractor items, tools, heaters, chairs, nails, screws, fasteners, organizers, and so much more. So much of it is still new in boxes, organized and ready to go. Take what you can, bring help, and tubs to load it all up. The large antique table in the center is NOT included, as it is listed separately in a different lot. Any attached shelving is NOT included. All loose items can go 

Pick up is on large ranch property, please be prepared for heat & outdoor elements. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you! Please be prepared for possible delays when picking up items. This is a multi level property with many trucks and trailers needed to be used for pick up. We will always do our best to make it as smooth and quick as possible.
