Last Call Estate Auctions

This auction is for the entire contents (what you choose) of those outdoor storage and tool shed. Everything except for the two wooden work benches and the shelves filled with picture frame and associated framing materials (those are listed in previous lots) everything else is fair game with an exception of attached shelving and pegboard. Please email with any questions and you MUST bring help and tubs to load. (We have brand new extra plastic tubs with lids in a lot towards the end of this auction if you need) We cannot have one person loading it all by themselves for 5 hours clogging up the line please and thanks. It’s a lot and many are small, loose items.  

Pick up is on large ranch property, please be prepared for heat & outdoor elements. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you! Please be prepared for possible delays when picking up items. This is a multi level property with many trucks and trailers needed to be used for pick up. We will always do our best to make it as smooth and quick as possible.
