This item has been in storage for a long time, it’s a little dusty and dirty but no tears or holes. The wood bracing is very sturdy and in great shape. Just needs a hose down.
not sure if it originally came with this concrete base, as there is a tiny bit of slack in it so needs to be wedged.
Pick up is on large ranch property, please be prepared for heat & outdoor elements. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you!
