This pistol was part of our countries "lend/lease" program which supplied military arms to allies around the world. Comes with one magazine and a load of our shared history!

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BID ON THIS ITEM. IF YOU CANNOT LEGALLY OWN A FIREARM, DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO BUYERS WHO FAIL TO OBTAIN OWNERSHIP AND SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFER OWNERSHIP PER STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. 

All Firearms Held Offsite by Roosters in Templeton, CA (FFL Dealer). The firearm will be available after auction winning bid payment.  Payment must be made in full by 2pm Saturday Nov 22nd, 2025. New owners will be responsible for fees (about $86), paperwork and pickup. 

FIREARMS WILL ONLY BE RELINQUISHED BY DEALER ONCE ALL STATE AND FEDERAL GUN TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.

Buyer agrees to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the offering, transfer, ownership, and sale of firearms. It is the obligation of the user to know the law regarding such a sale and to abide by the law as set forth. In accordance with the California Penal Code, the buyer understands there will be a mandatory background check for firearm transfers.

SLOCAL Estate Auctions is acting as listing agent only for all firearms.

Buyers pay local sales tax and buyers' premium on all items (except vehicles do not pay sales tax).

Firearms and ammo will be available to start pick up at Rooster's Firearms on or after Monday, November 24th.
