The Forks and Spoons are Sterling (3,138 Grams).  After consulting an expert we believe the handles on the knives are sterling and the blades are sterling plate (1,672 Grams).  The knives are only labeled as sterling, nowhere does it actually say stainless or plate.  The fancy forks at the very top are the same Gorham Old French Pattern, but do not say sterling on them, so we did not include them in the weight.  Consider them a freebee since they match the rest of the set.  The long iced tea spoons are monogramed "B" everything else is monogrammed "F".

The set is: 12 Fancy Forks, 12 Large Forks, 24 Small Fork, 12 Large Spoons, 12 Small Spoons, 8 Long Iced Tea Spoons, 12 Large Knives and 12 Small Knives.
