Items include a Sinclair Kansas map, a Co-op advertising flyer, a Champlin Refining Company road map of Nebraska from Enid, Oklahoma, a small spiral-bound Trail Ridge Road booklet showcasing Rocky Mountain National Park, a Desert Scenes of California booklet, and a unique Claude Parrish Chevrolet Co. cardboard advertising piece from Liberty, Missouri. These collectible items are ideal for vintage map enthusiasts, memorabilia collectors, or those interested in mid-20th century Americana.

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you! For this pickup cars, trucks & U-Haul’s are preferred IF YOU ARE BRINGING A TRAILER AN ALTERNATE PICKUP DATE IS REQUIRED, please contact us to schedule. This estate will present some pickup traffic challenges as we've had before. The driveway is a one way driveway up a winding hill and we can only accommodate so many vehicles by the house at a time, because of this for larger items, or vehicles requiring a trailer, we will be asking pickup to be by appointment only. Some smaller items or invoices that only have smaller items will be available for a morro bay delivery at a $10 fee, please call or email us if you're interested in this option.
