All Firearms Held Offsite by FFL Dealer. 

The firearm will be available (after auction winning bid payment) for pick up at The Outdoorsman sporting goods store in Arroyo Grande, CA. Buyers must pick up firearm within a week starting Friday, June 19th you will incur a storage fee from The Outdoorsman if not picked up in a timely manner. New owners will be responsible for fees (about $98) and paperwork at pick up at The Outdoorsman. 

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BID ON THIS ITEM.  IF YOU CAN NOT LEGALLY OWN A FIREARM, DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO BUYERS WHO FAIL TO OBTAIN OWNERSHIP AND SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFER OWNERSHIP PER STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.

FIREARMS WILL ONLY BE RELINQUISHED BY DEALER ONCE ALL STATE AND FEDERAL GUN TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.

Buyer agrees to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the offering, transfer, ownership, and sale of firearms. It is the obligation of the user to know the law regarding such a sale and to abide by the law as set forth. In accordance with the California Penal Code, the buyer understands there will be a mandatory background check for firearm transfers.

Last Call Estate Auctions is acting as listing agent only for all firearms.

Buyers pay local sales tax and buyers' premium on all items (except vehicles do not pay sales tax).

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy located on the bottom floor and will need to go up stairs, please bid accordingly & know you will need loading help. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you!
