This item will need to be brought up a set of stairs to get out of house, please come prepared with loading & lifting help and tools to detach from wall hookups if needed.
Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy located on the bottom floor and will need to go up stairs, please bid accordingly & know you will need loading help. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you!
