MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BID ON THIS ITEM.  IF YOU CAN NOT LEGALLY OWN A FIREARM, DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO BUYERS WHO FAIL TO OBTAIN OWNERSHIP AND SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFER OWNERSHIP PER STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.

FIREARMS WILL ONLY BE RELINQUISHED BY DEALER ONCE ALL STATE AND FEDERAL GUN TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.

Buyer agrees to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the offering, transfer, ownership, and sale of firearms. It is the obligation of the user to know the law regarding such a sale and to abide by the law as set forth. In accordance with the California Penal Code, the buyer understands there will be a mandatory background check for firearm transfers.

Buyers pay local sales tax and buyers' premium on all items (except vehicles do not pay sales tax).

If you're interested in having items shipped, please email us first. Items too heavy, fragile, or oversized are most likely not shippable. Coins and currency are always shippable. The cost of shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

All Lots are subject to local sales tax and a 14% Buyers Premium. 3% discount if buyer pays cash at pick up.
