McCaine was an artist who created impressionist and abstract paintings. His usual known medium was oil but could have others. His paintings primarily have a 1960's modern contemporary flair and he probably continued painting into the 1970s. He was a featured artist at Aaron Brothers Framers in Palm Springs, California. He was also the featured artist in the April 1970 edition of Palm Springs Life magazine . His first name is unknown as it is never mentioned and his paintings are only signed "McCaine". His works were brought as far east as Dallas Texas for art shows in the early 1970s.
