PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BIDDING ON ITEMS, ALL ITEMS ARE LOCATED IN A SECOND FLOOR APARTMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO GO UP A SET OF STAIRS AND BRING DOWN ITEMS FROM THOSE SAME STAIRS. YOU MUST BRING HELP FOR THIS IF YOU ARE BIDDING ON ANY HEAVY ITEMS. Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you!
