Does not include the TV or decorations. This comes in 3 sections that attach together. Each section is VERY HEAVY. You will need help to get this moved and down the stairs, and consider maybe dismantling the large center section into two pieces.
Also, center section has a hole cut out for the current TV mount (also not included) however even if you use a tv on its stand, it’s still be concealed so not really an issue
