The house sits on a hillside with no driveway or easy accessibility except on foot, but this collection is worth the climb! Please don’t bid if you cannot park and walk up switch-back paths made of, dirt, brick and sometimes gravel. We’ll need everyone to come prepared!!!



  • “Can you bring to Morro Bay” is not an expectable question (sorry). 

  • No shipping on this estate, everything must be picked up.  

  • If you’re out of the area and want to bid, possibly call the UPS store and see if they will pick up and ship.

  • Jewelry Lots 102-150 will be located on the street level
