This is a vintage Colt's Model 4-22 bolt-action rifle, manufactured by Colt's PTFA Mfg. Co. The rifle features a classic wooden stock and forearm with a blued metal barrel and receiver. It is a .22 caliber model, ideal for collectors or shooting enthusiasts looking for a reliable and historically significant firearm. The rifle shows some signs of wear consistent with its age but remains in good overall condition.

All Firearms Held Offsite by FFL Dealer. 

The firearm will be available (after auction winning bid payment) for pick up at Rooster’s Firearms in Templeton, CA. Buyers must pick up firearm within a week starting Tuesday, Feb 17th you will incur a storage fee from Roosters if not picked up in a timely manner. New owners will be responsible for fees (about $98) and paperwork at pick up at Rooster’s Firearms. 

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BID ON THIS ITEM.  IF YOU CAN NOT LEGALLY OWN A FIREARM, DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO BUYERS WHO FAIL TO OBTAIN OWNERSHIP AND SUCCESSFULLY TRANSFER OWNERSHIP PER STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS.

FIREARMS WILL ONLY BE RELINQUISHED BY DEALER ONCE ALL STATE AND FEDERAL GUN TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.

Buyer agrees to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the offering, transfer, ownership, and sale of firearms. It is the obligation of the user to know the law regarding such a sale and to abide by the law as set forth. In accordance with the California Penal Code, the buyer understands there will be a mandatory background check for firearm transfers.

Buyers pay local sales tax and buyers' premium on all items (except vehicles do not pay sales tax).

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you! For this pickup cars, trucks & U-Haul’s are preferred IF YOU ARE BRINGING A TRAILER AN ALTERNATE PICKUP DATE IS REQUIRED, please contact us to schedule. This estate will present some pickup traffic challenges as we've had before. The driveway is a one way driveway up a hill and we can only accommodate so many vehicles by the house at a time, because of this for larger items, or vehicles requiring a trailer, we will be asking pickup to be by appointment only. Please carefully review each item description as we will note which items will need an appointment or alternate pickup date. Some smaller items or invoices that only have smaller items will be available for a morro bay delivery at a $10 fee, please call or email us if you're interested in this option.
