Here’s a chance to own a beautiful, turn key motorhome stocked with everything you need for a road trip! This coach was last driven iona road trip 4 years ago, and while on the trip, actually had a brand new engine put in while in Virginia. It was drive 2,000 miles back to CA and parked so while the chassis has 61,000 miles on it, the diesel engine only has 2,000. It also has about $18,000 in electrical upgrades (not repairs) done for the interior about 7 years ago, including all electric powered shades. Everything appears to work as it should, and while we didn't take it on the roads, we did move it around on the ranch, and everything seems good. Bid with confidence and drive it home. It's been stored under cover in a horse barn. Last tags appear to be from 2024. Inside, as the photos will show, the interior is ectremely clean and fully functional. The sliders work, all the lights work and the shower and bathroom look perfect. In all the cargo holds, you'll see it fully stocked with EVERYTHING you'll need for a trip, inlcuding camping gear and more. Bed has a really nice soft and clean mattress, there is a clean and nice recliner inside and it even comes with a LIKE NEW RV car cover AND wheel covers! (pictured in thier bags). So what does this need besides probably an oil change and battery checkup from sitting? All we can see is that the headlights need to be polished, the front and rear outside tires do show signs or cracking in the sidewalls (see pics). Unsure of the condition of inside tires, but we think snce those were shielded from the Creston sun and heat they'd be ok. While we did have the inside and outside washed and cleaned, it does need a really good outside detail and wax to bring it's shine out to it's fullest potential but as you see in the pics, it presents really well. This is a beauty of a motorhome ready for new adventures. PLEASE NOTE. The title was misplaced, so the owners applied for a new title with DMV On Jan 10th, so we're really hopeful we will have it in hand by the time the auction ends and pick up happens but there is a chance for a delay as we wait on DMV. It will likely need to be smogged for registration. !! Buyers responsibility for for all smog and dmv title transfer fees. !!

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you! For this pickup cars, trucks & U-Haul’s are preferred IF YOU ARE BRINGING A TRAILER AN ALTERNATE PICKUP DATE IS REQUIRED, please contact us to schedule. This estate will present some pickup traffic challenges as we've had before. The driveway is a one way driveway up a hill and we can only accommodate so many vehicles by the house at a time, because of this for larger items, or vehicles requiring a trailer, we will be asking pickup to be by appointment only. Please carefully review each item description as we will note which items will need an appointment or alternate pickup date. Some smaller items or invoices that only have smaller items will be available for a morro bay delivery at a $10 fee, please call or email us if you're interested in this option.
