EDIT: Here's what we know about this. 79,000 miles, It was used for the last 16 years privately on the ranch ONLY after being purchased from a dealer. There is no longer any paperwork for that purchase available and it is not registered for the street nor has it ever been. plan to trailer this home as it’s not street legal. While it DOES have a California plate on it last tagged in 2000, it is not a license plate that was ever used for this truck. Just a license plate the owners kept from a previous car and they placed it on the truck for fun out on the ranch. It has NEVER been registered to our knowledge. We do NOT have a title or any current registration for it. It was simply used on private land. It CAN be registered for street use in some states, but likely NOT in California, but this will be the buyers responsibility to have it DMV inspected but there should NOT be any back fees as it was NEVER registered. It will come with a BILL OF SALE ONLY. SOLD AS IS! 

As far as the truck, it has a 3 cylinder gasoline engine and a manual trnasmission with right hand drive and 4x4. When we arrived to work the job, it had clearly been sitting for at least a year or so. We aired up the flat tires and charged the battery and it literraly started right up. Fires up on the first crank, idles well and drives great.  The tires need to replaced and while it did burn off some of the initial oil from sitting, it does smoke a bit and the tail pipe has obvious oil residue. We let it idle for 30 minutes, no overheating. Battery holds a charge for a few days at least, but not sure how strong it is. So basically it runs fine, has good power but burns oil. It's a perfect little ranch truck or a really nice candidate for getting serviced and on the street. We only drove it on the ranch, but ran it through the gears. Definitely needs a tune up, like new plugs, maybe brake inspection and clutch adjustment, shocks type stuff. Brakes felt about 70%. Worked fine but a tad soft. We repaired one cracked rubber fuel line that was leaking.These are pretty rare and highly sought after for thier dependability and being easy to work on. Body is in nice shape, no rust and frame looks good. Interior is actually good too, except for the headliner. The bed rails fold down to convert into a flatbed as well. SOLD AS IS

This estate will present some pickup traffic challenges as we've had before. The driveway is a one way driveway up a hill and we can only accommodate so many vehicles by the house at a time, because of this for larger items, or vehicles requiring a trailer, we will be asking pickup to be by appointment only. Please carefully review each item description as we will note which items will need an appointment or alternate pickup date. Some smaller items or invoices that only have smaller items will be available for a morro bay delivery at a $10 fee, please call or email us if you're interested in this option.
