All Firearms Held Offsite by FFL Dealer.  The firearm will be available (after auction winning bid payment) for pick up at Rooster’s Firearms in Templeton, CA. New owners will be responsible for fees(about $78) and paperwork at pick up at Rooster’s Firearms. 

FIREARMS WILL ONLY BE RELINQUISHED BY DEALER ONCE ALL STATE AND FEDERAL GUN TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FULFILLED AND PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL.

Buyer agrees to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the offering, transfer, ownership, and sale of firearms. It is the obligation of the user to know the law regarding such a sale and to abide by the law as set forth. In accordance with the California Penal Code, the buyer understands there will be a mandatory background check for firearm transfers.

Buyers pay local sales tax and buyers' premium on all items (except vehicles do not pay sales tax).
