Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Please come prepared with packing materials, tools to disassemble items & loading help if needed, thank you!

Almost the entire auction is located on the first floor (unless noted) with a ramp out the front door to the street for easy loading.
