The ladder back chair needs a little tightening/wood glue on loose joints and the woven material does have some dry rot on the bottom, not visible from the top. (See pic) The second chair is much beefier and is slightly larger. Not a matching pair 

Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items. Many items are heavy or fragile, come prepared with packing materials & loading help if needed, thank you!
