This trailer needs to be saved! Has been sitting for over 15 years so does need work, but has great bones. Buyer responsible for any work needed to tow out. Good access form retrieval but must have all 4 tires replaced first.

Inside is very dry, dated but ceiling looks good except in the bathroom, little to no water damage in back. It has been sitting for 20+ years and used as a storage unit so it has an abandoned type feel to it but appears all complete. Biggest area of attention is the damage needing attention is near the floor by the doorway (pictured) and bathroom needs work otherwise exterior sheet metal is solid
