The chair has a spill in it, looks old like it can be cleaned. The fabric appears to be in really great shape, no visible tears. Great eye appeal on this piece. 
we couldn’t really find any info on the farm table. It did have the middle shelf replaced at some point, but this thing has a good look too. It’s very sturdy and might make a great vintage restoration project. Wooden slats side in and out a bit, not sure if it’s designed like that
