Bid with confidence. This print is a reprint of part of Escher's monumental woodcut scroll "Metamorphosis II" from 1940. This reproduction comes from Escher's own book, "The Regular Division of the Plane" published in 1957 in an edition of just 175 examples. So, even though this was NOT directly printed from Escher woodblock, and therefore NOT an original woodcut, it is a vintage print created in an edition of  just 175 examples with a COA. It's a fantastic piece of some of his finest work, and will hold long term value.

This is a large estate spread out across a home and barn with stairs leading to the front door. Please come prepared with loading help, tools to disassemble items & packing supplies!
