This was an expensive Bernhardt brand sofa when new. Over 5k when purchased. It does show some sign of staining and dirt, all pictured, however the fabric is in good condition with no tears and can be steam cleaned and salvaged! This is a really well made couch from a desirable brand (google it) so it’s worth the effort to get the upholstery cleaned

This is a large estate spread out across a home and barn with stairs leading to the front door. Please come prepared with loading help, tools to disassemble items & packing supplies! Please be prepared to pick up and haul all of your own items. There are some pieces that are large & heavy! We can NOT be responsible for helping lift, disassemble or load items thank you!
