A rare 1968 Chinese propaganda metal sign featuring a bold red background with a prominent black and white portrait of Mao Zedong wearing his iconic cap with a red star. The sign bears Chinese characters in yellow below the portrait and additional text on the back dated October 1, 1968. The metal sign exhibits some wear and minor rust around the edges, adding to its vintage authenticity. An iconic collectible piece from the Cultural Revolution era.
